BIO information:

Carol graduated from the University of Miami where she studied Marine Biology. She loved South Florida and especially the Keys so much she decided to stay. After graduation she began Neptune’s Daughters, a marine aquarium service, with her sister. Together they set up dozens of marine ecosystems for restaurants, lounges, professional offices and public buildings. Today, Carol still has an avid interest in marine ecology, diving and the Keys environment.

Carol began her real estate career in 1999 with John R. Wood, Realtors in Naples Florida.
Carol’s husband, Dr. Scott Russell, a neurologist and world class shark fisherman, talked her into selling her Naples home and joining him in the Keys.
She moved to the Keys permanently in Jan. 2003 and joined Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co., where she is a multi-million dollar producer.
In 2006 Carol accumulated more than $10,000,000 in closed sales and was in the top three agents in her office.
Carol specializes as a Buyer’s Broker and works hard to find just the right home for the right person regardless of price.
